Afghanistan Squad For ICC world cup 2021 After a long silent period, ICC twenty-twenty is going to be started by breaking many barriers. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, many buffers stood against ICC-T20 from the beginning.

Will Afghanistan team participate the T20I World cup?

ICC had to postpone it in many previous attempts. But finally, ICC announced that ICC 20-20 will be started from the 17th of October-2021. The match referees and the on-field umpires were named on 7th October-2021. The squad of 15 players had to be selected before  10th October-2021.16 teams are qualified for the tournament. Afghanistan stays at 8th place in the ICC world ranking. In this match, Afghanistan got the highest attention. as Thaleibans established their power in Afganisthan in august 2021. Hazratullah Zaza is a left-handed batsman who entered the international ground in 2016. He scored the highest individual score by an Afghanistan in T20I in 2019. Usman Ghani is a right-handed opening Batsman in the Afghanistan team who entered the international ground in 2014. He got a century for his fourth ODI when he was 17th. He was a member of the Afghanistan squad in their first full world cup campaign.

Asgar Afgan is right handed batsman who plays as a middle order batsman.He was the former captain of the Afghan national team. Afgan has taken a part in promoting the team from division four to division two in the 2009 ICC world cup qualifier.Mohommad Nabi is an allrounder.He is the current captain of the T20 International team who’s a right-handed batsman and off-break bowler.

Najibullah Zadran is the vice-captain of Afghanistan who’s a left-handed batsman and right-handed break balls man. He made his international debut in 2012. He was a member of Kandahar’s squad in the first edition of the Afghanistan premier league tournament. He played in the 2019 global T20  Canada tournament and Bangladesh Premier League and more. He was named to the squad for the 2019 world cup as well.

Hashmatullah Shahidi is a left-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler who was in eleven cricketers in the first-ever test match against India in 2018. Mohammad Shahzad is a right-handed opening batsman and wicket-keeper who was in eleven cricketers in the first-ever test match against India in 2018. He entered the international ground in 2009.

Mujeeb ur Rahman is a right-handed batsman and right-arm off-spin bowler, who entered the international ground in 2017. He was the first man plays in the international ground who was born in the 21st century. Kareem Janath is an allrounder who took a part in the 2016 world cup. He entered the international ground in 2016. He performs as a right-handed batsman and a right-hand medium-fast bowler.

Gulbadin Naib is an allrounder.He is a right-arm medium-fast bowler and right-handed batsman. He’s been the one-day International captain since 2019 who led for 2019 cricket world cup. Naveen Ul Haq is a bowler who entered the international ground in 2016. He is a right-arm medium-fast bowler and right-handed batsman. Hamid Hassan is a bowler who entered the international ground in 2009. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast bowler.

Sharafuddin  Ashraf is an allrounder who mainly performs as a right-handed batsman and slow left-hand orthodox bowler. He joined Afghanistan national team in 2014 and made his debut international match in 2014. Dawlat shadchan is a bowler who joined the Afghanistan national team in 2011 and made his first international debut in 2011. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast-medium bowler.

Shapoor Sadran is a left-handed batsman and left-arm fast-medium bowler who joined the Afghanistan national team in 2017 and made his first international debut in 2009. Qais Ahmad is a right-arm leg-spin bowler and right-handed batsman. He performed his only test in 2019.
