Marsh’s father and brother have played for the Australian cricket team so cricket was not new for him. He is the son of Geoff Marsh and the younger brother of Shaun Marsh. Moreover, Shaun marsh was a left-handed top-order batsman and Geoff marsh was Australia’s former opener.  He was nurtured in Perth, Western Australia, where he attended Wesley College. Domestic Career Of Mitchell Marsh

In February 2009, he made his debut for the warriors at the age of 17. That match made him the youngest player in an Australian domestic one-day game.

Just after two months, he played under-19, against India. Moreover, he was made captain during the 2010 Under Cricket World cup. Marsh played very well in the tournament scoring 201 runs and winning the tournament.

In July 2014, Marsh played for Australia A against India A, Marsh made a good score of 211 runs batting seventh in the first innings and made his first double century. He, with his partner Sam white, scored 174 runs, making 371 runs for the seventh wicket. They made an outstanding record, the second-highest seventh-wicket partnership.

Marsh was going to play in England for Middlesex Country Cricket Club in 2020 but Covid came at that time and all was cancelled.

Marsh played for Deccan Chargers in the 2010 Indian Premier League, and in 2011, he was purchased by Pune Warriors.

He started playing T20 cricket at a very young age. Moreover, He went to play against South Africa in 2011. He played very well innings by scoring 36 runs including four sixes. Marsh played against the Zimbabwe team and grabbed the audience in the first match with a cool 89 score.

On 22 October 2014, Marsh made his test debut for Australia against Pakistan. He didn’t play in the world cup tournament due to fitness issues.  However, finally, after some retirements, he again started playing well.

It seemed like he was becoming consistent in batting and his bowling was a little bit handy. The year 2016 turned out to be memorable for him as he made his first century in fifty overs cricket.

Furthermore, he played in the last match for the 2019 Ash series in England, ending up taking 5/46 in the first innings.

In July 2021, Mitchell marsh played the first T-20 International match against west indies by scoring 51 runs on 31 balls. On 14 November 2021, Marsh played well by scoring 77 runs and earned the title of winner of the match. Australia won the ICC T-20 World cup.
