The Dubai International Stadium has been a sort of a home venue for Pakistan because no International teams are ready to tour Pakistan due to the terrorist activities that are run in that country. In 2009, when the Sri Lankan team toured Pakistan, the Lankan team was attacked by a terrorist group on the cricket ground.
