Yuzvendara Chahal was born on july 23, 1990.  He is currently an Indian cricket player and a former Chess player. He is playing for Haryana, which is an Indian domestic cricket team. He is currently playing for one of the IPL teams called Rajasthan Royals. He also presents India’s national team in one-day and twenty20 international matches. The Mumbai Indians team first signed Yuzvendara Chahal in 2011. he was only featured in one match in the IPL games across three seasons, and that remained the first-ever long season that he experienced a long spell without being involved in the cricket matches. It was against the matches played against Kolkata Knight Riders on April 24, where he only managed to play for the international champions league matches. He managed to take two for the nine in the three overs he was given in the finals against Royal Challengers in Bangalore. He helped Mumbai defend the total of 139 wickets and, in turn, lifted the title. At the 2014 IPL matches, he was bought by the Royal Challengers. In the second over, Chahal delivered a seam-up delivery at 109kmph. It became his best performance in bowling history and earned him his first-ever T20 man of the match in that tournament.

In February 2017, he became the first bowler in the Indian nation to take five wickets in a haul in T20Is. He managed to end his figure to 6/25 against England also. He was also the first legspinner who managed to take a fifer alongside the six wickets in the T20I cricket career. He took the most wickets of 23 in T20s in 2017 by any bowler. In 2019, Yuzvendara Chahal took his second one-day international trip for the internationals. He managed to take five wickets haul by taking 6/42 when he played against Australia. It became his best joint best figure recorded by an Indian player when Chahal played against Aussies after Ajit Agarkar in 2003-04. in a match played against Australia, he matched to record a superb performance by recording 230 in 48.5. it easily sailed India to winning seven wickets in the knock-out matches.

In December 2020, he was the first T201I match against Australia, where he was successfully involved. After he replaced Ravindra Jadeja, who suffered an injury in the tournament, he was named the man of the match in the tournament, becoming the first-ever concussion cricket player to win the man of the match award in the entire cricket fixtures. In June 2021, he was also named in the India one-day internal match squad to play in Sir Lanka for the ODI matches. He was never involved in the Indian 2021 T20 WC squad. In February 2022, he took his 100th wicket in an opening match against West Indies.   • In 2003, he represented India in the under-12 youth championship held in Kolkata again and was ranked between 13-18 in that tournament.

IPL Career

He was signed by the Mumbai Indians team but was never privileged to find any chance to play for the team. Later on April 24, 2013, he managed to make his Ipl debut against KKR. He conceded 34 runs in that team, but he was never privileged to win a wicket. That remained his only match of the season in that season.

He was later sold to RCB for IPL in 2014. he managed to get involved in only 14 matches, where he took 12 wickets in the entire tournament. In the preceding season, he took 23 wickets, becoming the best for his team. In the 2016 IPL, he also managed to take 21 wickets which became an aggregate of 8.15. he was also involved in the 2017 season, where he also managed to take 14 wickets for the tournament. He was retained by RCB for the 2018 season, where he managed to record 12 wickets that season. In the 2019 IPL, he also took 18 wickets and became the 14th bowler to have reached 100 wickets in the IPL history. He played for Rajasthan in an auction for the 2022 season.

ODI Career

He represented his national team in an ODI game when he first traveled to Zimbabwe in 2016. in that tournament, he excelled very much since he had formed a strong partnership with Kuldeep Yadav. The two in partnership were a serious threat to the opponents, representing India well in the ODI games.

T20 Career

After establishing himself in the cricket games and getting involved in the T20s matches, he developed a passion for cricket more than Chess matches. He was first involved in the Bangalore tournament in the Indian league. He became the most successful bowler at that time.
